As we reflect on our collective journey at Kinetic Green, it's evident that our team's (KGF) resilience, dedication, and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in driving significant positive change. Through our various interactions, multiple factory visits, dealer engagements, road travels, informal chats, All Hand meet (monthly) and customer feedback, we've cultivated a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

The past few months has been marked by its fair share of challenges, but our team has consistently demonstrated remarkable resilience. From overcoming supply chain constraints to navigating evolving market dynamics, we've shown unwavering determination. The timely dispatch of vehicles, resolution of pending dealer claims, super positive dealer conferences and successful implementation of the new KG Orbit (DMS) system are testaments to our collective efforts. All this has helped us in selling more vehicles and delivering on our promises.

Elevating Customer Satisfaction and Dealer Partnerships-

Along with the strong control over Quality of our products, our focus on improving customer satisfaction has been a cornerstone of our strategy. By actively listening to customer feedback and implementing necessary changes, we've been able to enhance the overall ownership experience. Additionally, our efforts to motivate and support our dealer network have been pivotal in strengthening our market presence. By fostering strong partnerships, we've empowered our dealers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. This has also helped us in bringing in a new set of 125+ dealers recently. Currently, we are running an hourly session (daily) on products, selling process and improving profitability for our Dealer Sales executives and Dealer Owners which helps us to connect & control the communication on the ground and receive feedback.
